Who can compete?
If you are a student in years 4-12 attending a school in Queensland in 2010, you are eligible to participate in Young ICT Explorers. Just ask your teacher whether your school is registered and form a group of up to 4 students. All of your team members must be in the same age division (see Projects below). Once your team is formed, the rest is up to you. Produce your best project in one of the four subject areas (see projects below) and submit prior to the 4th of June, 2010. Where will ICT take YOU?

Your project needs to be submitted online along with a report describing your project. The recommended report outline will be available here in 2010 to guide you.
Judging
Your team's entry will be judged according to the following:
- Creativity and Innovation: How unique and imaginative is your idea?
- Quality and Completeness: How well does the project do what it was designed to do?
- Communication and Presentation: How well did you explain and present your project and report?
If your project is shortlisted, you will be invited to a judging event in July where you will be able to present your project. Then the decision will be made and the winners will be announced!
